Vendors buy it for 9s 84c and sell it for 49s 22c.

It is crafted by Tailoring from 10 Bolt of Silk Cloth, 4 Cerulean Dye, 4 Pyrite, 2 Greater Astral Essence, 2 Silken Thread and 1 Silver Bar.
