New recipes by profession

How high the new gear goes

The highest item level among the new items is 80. 370 new items sit above item level 63, 368 of the new armor and weapons are epic or legendary, and 5 of those are legendary. The armor and weapon pages list every piece by item level. See new armor and new weapons.

Which professions gained the most

Leatherworking gained the most new recipes (268), then Tailoring (190) and Blacksmithing (180). Across every profession, 808 recipes make items that are themselves new in Forever, so much of the crafted endgame is new too. Each profession page shows its recipes with reagents and what the result sells for.

New item sets

64 item sets have pieces that are new in Forever, 373 pieces in all. The item sets page lists each set with its pieces, item levels and class limits, and marks which pieces are new. See the item sets and the new zones, dungeons and raids they come from.

Which new items can be traded

2,733 of the new items bind when picked up and 768 are quest items, so they never reach the auction house. 282 bind when equipped or used and 1,147 carry no binding, which makes 1,429 new items tradeable. Prices for those appear on their item pages as scans arrive, and the deal scanner lists any that sit under their 30 day median. Open the deal scanner or a market page.
