The World of Warcraft: Forever beta
The beta began on September 17, 2026, five days after Blizzard announced the game at BlizzCon 2026, and runs until launch on November 4, 2026. Everything on this site about Forever comes from the game itself: every item, every recipe, every build.
Getting in
Blizzard decides who gets access, and we have no invitations to hand out. The route Blizzard has used for every World of Warcraft beta is the beta profile in your Battle.net account settings: opt in for the games you want to test, and invitations go out to opted-in accounts in waves. An active subscription or game time is what gets you into the game itself on November 4, 2026; it is not, on its own, a beta invitation.
Be careful with anything that offers a key. Blizzard does not sell or distribute beta access through third parties, and a site asking for your Battle.net login in exchange for one is after the login.
What the Forever beta contains
- 4,909items not in Classic EraThe additions, by class and by profession.
- 27,459items in ForeverThe whole catalog, each with a page.
- 2,246recipesAcross 9 professions, with reagents and skill.
- 31dungeons and raids5 new, each with its bosses in order.
- 6,609quests1,804 not in Classic Era; each seen by players gets a page.
These are counts, not estimates. They come from the same game data that builds the catalog pages, and the numbers change only when a build does.
Builds
The newest build on record is 1.60.1 (build 70205). Each build is compared against the one before it, so an item added, removed or renamed is listed with the build that did it. See what it changed, or subscribe to the builds feed to be told.
If you are in
The auction house on the beta has prices only because players scan it. Install the addon, open the auction house, and press scan; the page for every item you looked at has a price a minute later, for everyone.
