Document Box is a common junk item new in World of Warcraft: Forever: it exists in the beta client and was not part of Classic Era. It is unique. Vendors buy it for 25g and sell it for 50g.

The item reads: "A strange collection of maps, pictures, and official-looking documents. This might be worth a bit of gold at a merchant... or it might be worth a lot more to the right person."
