It has item level 45, requires character level 40 and binds when picked up. Its item level places it 13th of 39 new dagger pieces in the Forever beta. Vendors buy it for 1g 89s 22c and sell it for 9g 46s 14c.

The item reads: "Perhaps he should stop blaming all of his mishaps on the teleporter."
