How to make gold at level 1 to 10

• Vendors sell it for 11s 20c and buy it back for 2s 24c. That is the ceiling for an auction price while vendors stock it.
• Crafted by Tailoring at skill 25; the recipe comes from a trainer. Reagents below.
• It binds when equipped: tradeable until someone wears it, so each one sells once.
• Disenchants into Strange Dust, Lesser Magic Essence, worth about 4s 17c on PvP Alliance today. Odds below.

• Barbaric Linen Vest · Tailoring 25 · trainer
  • 4× Bolt of Linen Cloth
  • 1× Fine Thread
  • 1× Light Leather

• Strange Dust80% of the time · 1 to 22s 48c
• Lesser Magic Essence20% of the time · 1 to 23s 98c

Expected value 4s 17c per disenchant at PvP Alliance medians. That is above the item's own median of 4s, so an enchanter can buy it to shard.

Vanilla disenchant tables by quality and item level; the same estimate the addon shows in tooltips.
