How to make gold at level 30 to 40

• Vendors sell it for 2g 40s 76c and buy it back for 48s 15c. That is the ceiling for an auction price while vendors stock it.
• Crafted by Tailoring at skill 145; the recipe comes from a trainer. Reagents below.
• It binds when equipped: tradeable until someone wears it, so each one sells once.
• Disenchants into Dream Dust, Lesser Nether Essence, Small Radiant Shard, worth about 1g 44s 50c on PvP Alliance today. Odds below.

• Black Mageweave Vest · Tailoring 145 · trainer
  • 3× Silken Thread
  • 2× Bolt of Mageweave

• Dream Dust75% of the time · 1 to 224s 99c
• Lesser Nether Essence20% of the time · 1 to 22g 12s 82c
• Small Radiant Shard5% of the time10g 50s

Expected value 1g 44s 50c per disenchant at PvP Alliance medians. More than the 48s 15c a vendor pays for it.

Vanilla disenchant tables by quality and item level; the same estimate the addon shows in tooltips.
