How to make gold at level 1 to 10

• Vendors sell it for 45c and buy it back for 9c. That is the ceiling for an auction price while vendors stock it.
• Sold by Huklah in Durotar (The Den) for 45c, Archibald Kava in Tirisfal Glades (Deathknell) for 45c.
• Sources are what 4 players running the addon saw in game, summed across everyone who contributes; a rate needs at least twenty loot windows.
