How to make gold at level 1 to 10

• Vendors sell it for 59c and buy it back for 11c. That is the ceiling for an auction price while vendors stock it.
• Sold by Rarc in Durotar (The Den) for 59c, vendor 2116 for 59c.
• Sources are what 3 players running the addon saw in game, summed across everyone who contributes; a rate needs at least twenty loot windows.
