Where it comes from

  • Not tradeable. It binds when picked up, so it is earned in play and never listed on the auction house.
  • Vendors sell it for 1g 5c and buy it back for 20s 1c. That is the ceiling for an auction price while vendors stock it.
  • Crafted by Enchanting at skill 185; the recipe comes from a trainer. Reagents below.
  • Disenchants into Small Radiant Shard, worth about 4g 99s 99c on Normal Alliance US today. Odds below.

Disenchants into

Expected value 4g 99s 99c per disenchant at Normal Alliance US medians. More than the 20s 1c a vendor pays for it.

Vanilla disenchant tables by quality and item level; the same estimate the addon shows in tooltips.
