Where it comes from

  • Not tradeable. It binds when picked up, so it is earned in play and never listed on the auction house.
  • Vendors sell it for 7g 95s 90c and buy it back for 1g 59s 18c. That is the ceiling for an auction price while vendors stock it.
  • Crafted by Blacksmithing at skill 220; the recipe comes from a trainer. Reagents below.
  • Disenchants into Small Brilliant Shard, worth about 4g 70c on Normal Alliance US today. Odds below.

Disenchants into

Expected value 4g 70c per disenchant at Normal Alliance US medians. More than the 1g 59s 18c a vendor pays for it.

Vanilla disenchant tables by quality and item level; the same estimate the addon shows in tooltips.
