• Not tradeable. It binds when picked up, so it is earned in play and never listed on the auction house.
• Vendors sell it for 57s 66c and buy it back for 11s 53c. That is the ceiling for an auction price while vendors stock it.
• Quest reward from Uncovering the Past.
• Sources are what one player running the addon saw in game, summed across everyone who contributes; a rate needs at least twenty loot windows.
• Disenchants into Soul Dust, Greater Astral Essence, Large Glimmering Shard, worth about 63s 43c on Normal Alliance US today. Odds below.

Expected value 63s 43c per disenchant at Normal Alliance US medians. More than the 11s 53c a vendor pays for it.

Vanilla disenchant tables by quality and item level; the same estimate the addon shows in tooltips.
