• Not tradeable. It binds when picked up, so it is earned in play and never listed on the auction house.
• Vendors sell it for 2g 81c and buy it back for 40s 16c. That is the ceiling for an auction price while vendors stock it.
• Quest reward from Weapons of Choice.
• Sources are what 9 players running the addon saw in game, summed across everyone who contributes; a rate needs at least twenty loot windows.
• Disenchants into Soul Dust, Greater Astral Essence, Large Glimmering Shard, worth about 1g 23s 30c on Normal Alliance US today. Odds below.

Expected value 1g 23s 30c per disenchant at Normal Alliance US medians. More than the 40s 16c a vendor pays for it.

Vanilla disenchant tables by quality and item level; the same estimate the addon shows in tooltips.
