• Not tradeable. It binds when picked up, so it is earned in play and never listed on the auction house.
• Vendors sell it for 13s 72c and buy it back for 2s 74c. That is the ceiling for an auction price while vendors stock it.
• Quest reward from Consumed by Hatred.
• Sources are what 9 players running the addon saw in game, summed across everyone who contributes; a rate needs at least twenty loot windows.
• Disenchants into Strange Dust, Greater Magic Essence, Small Glimmering Shard, worth about 3s 31c on Normal Alliance US today. Odds below.

• Greater Magic Essence20% of the time · 1 to 22s 20c
• Small Glimmering Shard5% of the time7s 71c

Expected value 3s 31c per disenchant at Normal Alliance US medians. More than the 2s 74c a vendor pays for it.

Vanilla disenchant tables by quality and item level; the same estimate the addon shows in tooltips.
