How to make gold at level 30 to 40

• Vendors sell it for 1g 21s 50c and buy it back for 24s 30c. That is the ceiling for an auction price while vendors stock it.
• Crafted by Tailoring at skill 140; the recipe comes from a trainer. Reagents below.
• It binds when equipped: tradeable until someone wears it, so each one sells once.
• Disenchants into Vision Dust, Greater Mystic Essence, Large Glowing Shard, worth about 80s 68c on PvP Alliance today. Odds below.

• Crimson Silk Pantaloons · Tailoring 140 · trainer
  • 4× Bolt of Silk Cloth
  • 2× Red Dye
  • 2× Silken Thread

• Vision Dust75% of the time · 2 to 518s 79c
• Greater Mystic Essence20% of the time · 1 to 217s 87c
• Large Glowing Shard5% of the time5g 20s

Expected value 80s 68c per disenchant at PvP Alliance medians. That is above the item's own median of 70s, so an enchanter can buy it to shard.

Vanilla disenchant tables by quality and item level; the same estimate the addon shows in tooltips.
