How to make gold at level 20 to 30

• Vendors sell it for 66s 57c and buy it back for 13s 31c. That is the ceiling for an auction price while vendors stock it.
• Disenchants into Large Glimmering Shard, worth about 5g 99s 99c on Normal Alliance US today. Odds below.

• Large Glimmering Shardalways5g 99s 99c

Expected value 5g 99s 99c per disenchant at Normal Alliance US medians. That is above the item's own median of 3g 99s, so an enchanter can buy it to shard.

Vanilla disenchant tables by quality and item level; the same estimate the addon shows in tooltips.
