Where it comes from
- Vendors sell it for 1g 32s 95c and buy it back for 33s 23c. That is the ceiling for an auction price while vendors stock it.
- Found in Large Solid Chest in Scarlet Monastery (Chamber of Atonement) (0% of 276 looted).
- Sources are what one player running the addon saw in game, summed across everyone who contributes; a rate needs at least twenty loot windows.
- It binds when equipped: tradeable until someone wears it, so each one sells once.
