How to make gold at level 20 to 30

• Vendors sell it for 85s 18c and buy it back for 17s 3c. That is the ceiling for an auction price while vendors stock it.
• Disenchants into Soul Dust, Greater Astral Essence, Large Glimmering Shard, worth about 27s 29c on PvP Horde US today. Odds below.

• Soul Dust75% of the time · 1 to 29s 25c
• Greater Astral Essence20% of the time · 1 to 223s 80c
• Large Glimmering Shard5% of the time1g 95s

Expected value 27s 29c per disenchant at PvP Horde US medians. That is above the item's own median of 26s, so an enchanter can buy it to shard.

Vanilla disenchant tables by quality and item level; the same estimate the addon shows in tooltips.
