How to make gold at level 30 to 40

• Vendors sell it for 84s 86c and buy it back for 16s 97c. That is the ceiling for an auction price while vendors stock it.
• Found in Large Solid Chest in Scarlet Monastery (Footman's Armory) (6% of 80 looted).
• Sources are what 5 players running the addon saw in game, summed across everyone who contributes; a rate needs at least twenty loot windows.
• Disenchants into Vision Dust, Greater Mystic Essence, Large Glowing Shard, worth about 80s 52c on Normal Alliance US today. Odds below.

Seen inside Scarlet Monastery.

• Greater Mystic Essence20% of the time · 1 to 299s

Expected value 80s 52c per disenchant at Normal Alliance US medians. More than the 16s 97c a vendor pays for it.

Vanilla disenchant tables by quality and item level; the same estimate the addon shows in tooltips.
