How to make gold at level 20 to 30

• Vendors sell it for 65s 33c and buy it back for 13s 6c. That is the ceiling for an auction price while vendors stock it.
• Crafted by Leatherworking at skill 95; the recipe comes from a trainer. Reagents below.
• It binds when equipped: tradeable until someone wears it, so each one sells once.
• Disenchants into Soul Dust, Greater Astral Essence, Large Glimmering Shard, worth about 24s 30c on PvP Horde today. Odds below.

• Earthen Leather Shoulders · Leatherworking 95 · trainer
  • 6× Medium Leather
  • 2× Fine Thread
  • 1× Elemental Earth

• Soul Dust75% of the time · 2 to 56s
• Greater Astral Essence20% of the time · 1 to 216s 87c
• Large Glimmering Shard5% of the time69s 87c

Expected value 24s 30c per disenchant at PvP Horde medians. More than the 13s 6c a vendor pays for it.

Vanilla disenchant tables by quality and item level; the same estimate the addon shows in tooltips.
