How to make gold at level 30 to 40

• Vendors sell it for 1g 7s 31c and buy it back for 21s 46c. That is the ceiling for an auction price while vendors stock it.
• Crafted by Leatherworking at skill 140; the recipe comes from a trainer. Reagents below.
• It binds when equipped: tradeable until someone wears it, so each one sells once.
• Disenchants into Vision Dust, Greater Mystic Essence, Large Glowing Shard, worth about 1g 48s 29c on Normal Alliance today. Odds below.

• Dusky Bracers · Leatherworking 140 · trainer
  • 16× Heavy Leather
  • 2× Silken Thread
  • 1× Black Dye

• Greater Mystic Essence20% of the time · 1 to 253s 94c

Expected value 1g 48s 29c per disenchant at Normal Alliance medians. More than the 21s 46c a vendor pays for it.

Vanilla disenchant tables by quality and item level; the same estimate the addon shows in tooltips.
