How to make gold at level 30 to 40

• Vendors sell it for 1g 45s 83c and buy it back for 29s 16c. That is the ceiling for an auction price while vendors stock it.
• Disenchants into Large Glowing Shard, worth about 2g 29s 97c on Normal Alliance US today. Odds below.

• Large Glowing Shardalways2g 29s 97c

Expected value 2g 29s 97c per disenchant at Normal Alliance US medians. More than the 29s 16c a vendor pays for it.

Vanilla disenchant tables by quality and item level; the same estimate the addon shows in tooltips.
